Technology Review article about Virtual Tours

A short TR article about HP Labs' "mscapes" project.

This article describes an HP Labs project called mscapes that provides the basis for virtual tours on Windows Mobile phones/PDAs. The project has it's own site mscapers.com. The downloadable software does not seem to be open source and is covered by a non-commercial-use only license.
